Payment terms for our services will be specified in the individual project proposal or invoice. Generally, we require an upfront deposit before commencing work. Due to the custom nature of our digital services, all payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in your specific contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pinnacle Spherix, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services. 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
